I have experience in both the SAP Solution Manager and SAP Quality Management modules.  This experience is in both Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing.  This includes working in FDA Validated environments.  Also, I have experience as a SAP Solution Manager Instructor.

·         Enowa Consulting ( Exton , PA ) – Joined Enowa Consulting as a Solution Manager Consultant and junior QM Consultant.  Currently working on various Solution Manager Assignments (providing SolMan functionality, training, documentation, etc).

 

SAP Training Consultant                                                                 01/2008-5/2008

·         Xpand Consulting ( Muskegon , MI ) – SAP R/3 – Key Items:  Assisted in developing SAP Quality Management Instructional Videos.   Involved in all the decision making aspects of developing and bringing the training videos to market.  Also, in charge of performing the Quality Assurance on each of the 30 tracks when they were done in the studio.

·         OraSure Technologies (Medical Device) ( Behtlehem , PA ) – SAP R/3 – Key Items: Help client part time to work on open SAP requests.  Work with the project manager and user base to prioritize open items.  Work on the requests and coordinate most of the requests with the external firm contracted to provide production support.  Also help coordinate the validation steps (documentation and testing) to get the requests through the clients and up into production.

·         Kohler Faucets and Bath ( Kohler , WI ) – SAP R/3 – Key Items: Assisted in developing Quality Management Business Process Procedures (BPPs) in reporting and extended processes.  These procedures were needed to help round out their training materials and online documentation.

 

SAP Solution Manager Instructor                                                   05/2007-10/2007

·         Solution Manager Training Centers (Various Sites) – SAP – Solution Manager Instructor – Key items: Conducted week long Solution Manager Training sessions with formal class room settings and classes ranging from 8 – 16 participants.  This includes the full classroom and material preparation and conducting the training using formal Solution Manager training material.

·         Haworth, Inc (Office Furniture) ( Holland , MI ) – SAP – Solution Manager Consultant – Key items: 2 month project.  Setup Solution Manager for each of the key project phases.  Project Preparation Phase: Created Project, Project Standards, Roles Authorization, Project RoadMap, Use of Accelerators, and setting up Project IMG.  Business Blueprint Phase:  Linking Organization Structure, Master Data Definition, Business Process Template Selection, Scope Definition with Business Process Repository, Blueprint Process Scenarios, and Document Change Control.  Realization Phase: Configuration Procedures, Configuration Documentation, Development Procedures, Test Plan with Test Cases and Training Materials.      

 

SAP Quality Management/Solution Manager Consultant            06/2006-11/2006

·         OraSure Technologies (Medical Device) ( Behtlehem , PA ) – SAP R/3 – Quality Management Consultant – Key items: 5 month project.  Some of the items in Quality Management were 3 Inspection Types (PO Goods Receipt Inspection, Production Goods Receipt Inspection and Stock Transfer Ins).  Also, the use of Vendor Release using Quality Info Records.  Also, responsible for designing and managing the use of Solution Manager.    Since the client was in a FDA regulated environment it was critical to have all the documentation in a validated format with the proper change control with change history.     

 

SAP Quality Management Jr Consultant                                       01/2006-05/2006

·         Advance Electronics ( Chicago , IL ) – SAP R/3 – Quality Management Consultant – Key items: Use of Production Goods Receipt Inspections (04) using Early Lot functionality. Additional features include Inspection Points and Defects Recording.  Provided QM training program/materials for enhanced functionality roll-out.  Providing online training materials using Captivate recording tool.  Also, worked with SAP BW BEx queries using available data templates.

 

SAP QM Jr Consultant                                                                    08/2005-12/2005

·         SAP QM Internship – Engaged in an intense SAP QM training program.  Also, worked on rounding out business presentation skills by attending Dale Carnegie courses and attending New Horizons Business classes.

The QM Internship was instructed by a Senior SAP QM Consultant.  The methods used for training were:
