Doug Sr spoke at the SAP PLM 2010 Conference. The topic was "Achieve a world-class quality roadmap: A step-by-step guide", this topic covered all aspects for conducting a successful SAP QM Roadmapping session.

Doug Sr spoke at two regional ASUG chapter meetings (Lansing MI and Baltimore MD) in 2009. The topic at both meetings was "QM Module Health Checks (Go-live, Daily, Monthly)"; this is a key topic that many do not know about. Any existing SAP QM company or company in the middle of a go-live should be able to run a series of key standard reports to get the heart beat of their QM module. Many think they are running healthy but after running these key reports they find out they are running poorly, but the good news is that these same reports point out what needs to be done to improve the processes.
After this session you will immediately be able to put these powerful tools in place back at your sites or if you are in the middle of a golive be able to include these in your testing and training to better prepare you for the go-live.
