> Client installing SAP Quality Management for the first time
> Or client adding major SAP Quality Management functionality above the initial
go-live (examples: Outbound Certificate of Analysis, Quality Notifications
(CAPA), Tooling Calibration Schedules. etc)

> Will use what ever project methodology is being used on a project. Preference
though is to use SAP ASAP methodology.
> Can work independently or with another SAP Partner, in cases where there is a

2) Offsite Support Agreement
> Daily Issues Resolution
> Gap Resolution
> Perform weekly QM Health Checks
> Answering QM functionality questions
> Provide recommendations for improvements
> Provide training materials when needed
> Help map out future functionality
> Provide Roll-out Support
Logistics:
-- Meet with key QA/QC personnel
-- Meet with SAP QM core team members
-- Perform an existing QM Module assessment
-- Receive a QA/QC tour
-- Receive a remote login to provide production support
-- Establish a Support Agreement with different levels of response time depending on
need, minimum 24 hour
-- Flat monthly fee for set amount of hours of support
-- Support over those hours would be additional
3) Installed (already live) QM Module Assessment
> Conduct installed QM Module walkthrough
> Conduct fit/gap analysis
> Provide recommendations for improvements
> Provide recommendations for future functionality
> Provide assistance in developing Quality Roadmap
> Provide QM Health Check report

4) Training
> Help client develop a Training Plan
> Help design client specific Training Materials
> Provide Train the Trainer sessions

> Review QM Documentation
> Review QM Configuration
> Help with Go/No Go decision
> Provide Go-Live Readiness Report
