A Template Project is setup with Global Business Scenarios that will be used as a foundation for creating new Implementation Projects. A Maintenance Project is setup with the use of the Solution Directory. Solution Directory manages all Live Global Solutions with the Check Out/Check In of Business Scenarios/Processes to the Maintenance Project. Provided documentation and training for Solution Manager Projects. Implemented Change Request Management (ChaRM) Pilot for an Implementation Project. Provided ChaRM testing and training for the Implementation Project through a Project Cycle when managing transports. Documented the ChaRM process for future Implementation Projects.

- Honda Aircraft Company, Inc. (Greensboro, NC) – SAP Solution Manager – Key Items: Service Desk Proof of Concept performing configuration to create trouble tickets in Solution Manager. SAP users create tickets in SAP (ECC/BI/etc.) which are sent to Solution Manager for support. Service Desk model may create tickets for Non-SAP issues through Solution Manager Service Desk from a web based page. The web based functionality creates trouble tickets from the web without actually logon to Solution Manager. The ticket creator will create the ticket from the web and upon saving creates a ticket in Solution Manager.
