1.     Full project lifecycle QM Consulting

Ø      Client installing SAP Quality Management for the first time

Ø      Or client adding major SAP Quality Management functionality above the initial go-live (examples: Outbound Certificate of Analysis, Vendor Evaluation, Quality Notifications (CAPA), Tooling Calibration Schedules)

Ø      Full project life cycle:

1.      Project Preparation

2.      Blueprint

3.      Realization

4.      Go-live Prep

5.      Go-live Follow-up

Ø      Will use what ever project methodology is being used on a project.  Preference though is to use SAP ASAP methodology.

Ø      Can work independently or with another SAP Partner, in cases where there is a SAP Partner managing the overall project

 

 

2.     Offsite Support Agreement

Ø      Daily Issues Resolution

Ø      Gap Resolution

Ø      Perform weekly QM Health Checks

Ø      Answering QM functionality questions

Ø      Provide recommendations for improvements

Ø      Provide training materials when needed

Ø      Help map out future functionality

Ø      Provide Roll-out Support

Logistics:

o       Arrive on site on a Friday

o       Meet with key QA/QC personnel

o       Meet with SAP QM core team members

o       Perform an existing QM Module assessment

o       Receive a QA/QC tour

o       Receive a remote login to provide production support

o       Establish a Support Agreement with different levels of response time depending on need, minimum 24 hour response

o       Flat monthly fee for set amount of hours of support

o       Support over those hours would be additional

 

 

3.     Installed (already live) QM Module Assessment

Ø      Conduct installed QM Module walkthrough

Ø      Conduct fit/gap analysis

Ø      Provide recommendations for improvements

Ø      Provide recommendations for future functionality

Ø      Provide assistance in developing Quality Roadmap

Ø      Provide QM Health Check report

Logistics:

o       Arrive on site on a Friday

o       Meet with key QA/QC personnel

o       Meet with SAP QM core team members

o       Flat fee for original Assessment

o       Additional fee for assisting with Quality Roadmap 

 

 

4.     Training

Ø      Help client develop a Training Plan

Ø      Help design client specific Training Materials

Ø      Provide Train the Trainer sessions

Ø      Help develop training client data load plan so there is data available for training

Logistics:

o       Arrive on site on a Friday

o       Meet with key QA/QC personnel

o       Meet with SAP QM core team members

o       Meet with SAP Training Coordinator

o       Flat fee for each work

o       Additional fee for off site work

 

 

5.     Go-live Readiness QA

Ø     Review Blueprint Documents to compare to planned SAP QM functionality

Ø      Review Test Scripts for thoroughness

Ø      Review Master Data Load plan

Ø      Review Functional Data Load Plan

Ø      Review QM Training Plan

Ø      Review QM Documentation

Ø      Review QM Configuration

Ø      Help with Go/No Go decision

Ø      Provide Go-Live Readiness Report

Logistics:

o       This can be conducted at various stages during the project lifecycle.  Examples: prior to first test cycle, prior to integration test, few weeks before go-live 

o       Arrive on site on a Friday

o       Meet with key QA/QC personnel

o       Meet with SAP QM core team members

o       Flat fee for Go-Live Readiness report
